Creating and sending quotations by hand was taking too much time. Customer details had to be gathered manually, templates filled in, PDFs prepared, approvals managed, and follow-up emails sent, which slowed responses and made it harder to scale.
Delivered solution
Built Autorquin on Google Workspace to collect customer information through forms, generate branded PDF quotations automatically, manage confirmations, send emails, and keep everything tracked in Google Sheets.

Next phase
The next phase is moving toward an AI-assisted experience, where customers can request quotations through a conversational chat or voice interface and more of the workflow can be handled automatically end to end.
